In Japan, Dragon Quest games is a force of nature. Developer Square Enix old series’ run role playing games with us more than three decades and sold over 50 million games worldwide. The ninth series title – Dragon Quest IX: Guardian of the stars – launched in Japan back in 2009 a record sales. After a year of waiting, west of the Nintendo DS owners can finally get their hands on a name as a party.
The storm is on us
In the last item in the Dragon Quest universe, take part of Heavenly – a group of angels watch over the city and the people in the mortal world. Pandora’s box – be warned
As you would expect and demand – the main story in the Dragon Quest IX is a long – to a little down. Square Enix has not been there to stop up to four players each can register via a local network. Doing so, players are free to explore the world of host, participate in the storyline or just to help with the fight. Multiplayer is a fantastic experience, suitable for family and friends with DS around.
Compared with previous Square Enix Dragon Quest titles on the DS, the holder of the sky is a giant step forward presentation wise. A fully realized 3D engine to play well into this millennium, and Koichi Sugiyama composed a soundtrack has been re-fitted and elegant.

Dragon Quest IX is one of the best releases this year – on any platform, on every continent in every genre. Square Enix has skillfully managed to remain true to the core series, remove the old axiom stagnation of some fun and give the best multiplayer on the Nintendo DS. The best game in ages to buy a Nintendo handheld – is important, and deserve to get a DS.
